Location agreement

If the land does not belong to you, you must come to a good financial agreement with the owner (be it private or public) in the form of a contract (or location agreement) of at least 6 years and up to 10 years or more and for a total inferior to €7500/year. Most of the rental contracts are based on a price of €1500/hectare/year.

Building authorisation

Based on the type of installation desired and the regulations of the country at hand, construction must be declared or one must obtain a building permit. Inquire with the appropriate people and anticipate these procedures as they can sometimes take very long.
